After graduating from Texas A & M
University , J. Mark Miller started his appraisal career
in Houston for one of the City's largest residential
appraisal firms. In 1989, J. Mark Miller and Associates
was formed in Austin , with a branch office in San Antonio
. By the mid 1990's, this firm became the largest
residential appraisal company in Central Texas . Appraisal
specialties include:
- Expert Witness for Friendswood Development(subsidiary
of Exxon)
- Expert Witness for FDIC, FSLIC, RTC
during Texas Recession of 1980's
- Celebrity Home Appraiser: Completed
many assignments throughout state for well known celebrities.
- Appraised 2 nd most expensive home
in U.S. for tax litigation.
J. Mark Miller has been a real estate
broker for the past 18 years, and has specialized in
the representation of new doctors moving to the community.
